ISO Week 9 and Paper Mama Photo Challenges

This week over at ISO the theme is silhouette.  Since I'm lame and didn't have time to go out and shoot, I went and found one from August.  Clearly I love shooting these though since I actually had something in the ole' archives!  This is my pouty Bianca on the dock looking oh so dramatic in the evening sun.

This week over at The Paper Mama the theme is "remember" in honor of 9/11.  I took a different take on it.  My sweet Bennett just began his first year of preschool.  I'm in utter shock and dismay at how that is even possible and where the last 3 1/2 years went.  But I need to remember that he's still small and willing to hold my hand.  He just loves his blankie and puppy and it can be found dangling from his mouth mostly anytime.  It's a quiet reminder of his littleness (is that even a word?).  I vow to remember each day that no matter how grown up they all may seem, they are still small and need their mommy!
